Donate to Organization Resilience
One of IMFA’s major goals is to ensure the accessibility of IM treatments to each and every person or home, in Israel and also in other countries. In order to achieve this goal, one of the first steps must be to train, accredit and certify as many practitioners as possible, in relevOrganizational Resilience:
IMFA promotes resilience workshops for patients and staff in different organizations.
Our Resilience for Organizations, taught by the InHeal Method, is an integrative program that enables companies to connect its teams with meaning and purpose to their agenda from an authentic and internal place, and create mutual discourse of connection and sharing from a place of leadership and organizational empowerment.
Many articles concluded that changing organizational culture and language is a result of investing in the workers’ connection to the values of the company and purpose, by seeing them and their needs, and creating a space of respectful and personal discussions that allows individual expression.
Improving work processes, managing conflicts and crisis, managerial improvement, growth and increasing the buttom line are of course a result of correct and precise investments in individuals in the company – each one in and of itself, their connections to others and to the purpose of the company.
The InHeal method allows meaningful transformation, both personally and organizationally. The process treats every aspect of the organization as a person that consists of three parts: mind-body-soul, and seeks to balance them out.
The workshops are held with the collaboration of the HeartMath Institute in the US, which gained over 40 years of experience, backed with extensive research, treating Trauma and Resilience of the general population. The institute is led by Dr. Rollin McCraty, our partner.
